Electric window raiser «FORWARD» consists of glass transfer mechanism and a motor-reductor, mounted as a unified block. There is a rack used in the construction. The rack is compactly arranged inside the window guide, on which the motor-reductor is rigid. Such a construction determines the main consumer qualities.

Advanced reliability. In this mechanism there are no components subjected to stretching, chafing, and appearance of backlashes. All its components have the durability, which is several times as high as the level of traditional requirements to the goods of this type. All the components are insensitive to any load level.

Losses due to friction are minimal in this mechanism, that's why in the process of its exploitation there is practically no wear in its elements.

 Specially chosen plastics used for the manufacture of window raisers have the range of operating temperatures from 45^оC to +100^оC.

The static position of electric motor excludes the risk of feed wires damage while the glass is moving.

Window raiser motor-reductor is manufactured according to the standard requirements for the goods of this type. Included in the composition of the reductor there is elastic coupling for damping while stopping and drain port to prevent from formation of condensate inside the reductor body (drain port is protected from the penetration of splashes by the breather.

Motor-reductor has property of self-braking, so the glass moving under the influence of vibration is impossible.

The motor winding is protected either by the self-repair bimetallic safety device (the manufacturer is the firm «Otter)

Ease of mounting. The mounting of the window raiser is very simple. It requires a minimum of fastenings and there is no need of a door revision..

Compactness. After the mounting of our window raiser into the door, you have free space which you can use for the placing non-standard acoustic devices in it. Owing to the simple shape and absence of backlashes in moving parts there is no resonance and you can enjoy clear sound. 

Transfer constant permanency. Linear kinematics of the device determines stability of developed effort in all range of the glass moving, including its top position. It prevents from serious injury during the exploitation. The minimization of parasitic forces in cross direction prevents from the door deformation while the glass moves and stops in end positions.   

Corrosion resistance. All metallic parts are zinc-coated.

Reduced weight. The weight of the window raiser is minimal among home analogues, what corresponds with the modern tendency in motor-car construction.
